The Web Mathematical High School www.bymath.com

The below offered Agreement of parties between a management of the Site www.bymath.com (further "the Site Management") and user (further "a User") contains terms of giving of services by tuition of elementary mathematics according to a high school curriculum using the web site www.bymath.com (further "the Site"). Before paying the Site services look for these terms, please, and satisfy yourself that you agree with them.

1. Introduction
A User agrees with all terms of the Agreement and with all that concerns services given by the Site. This Agreement is understanding between the Site Management and a User and describes all that concerns services of tuition and giving of information by the Site.

2. The given services
The Site is the web mathematical high school and enables to study elementary mathematics according to a high school curriculum and to be accepted to any university or college. The Site contains:
- all elementary mathematics theory,
- problems with a help and solutions,
- tests, analogous to examination tasks,
- an engine of the Site searching by the given key word,
- a list of mathematical symbols,
- a possibility of forum discussion of different questions,
- mathematical jokes,
- an information about authors and means of contact with them etc.
All materials are given according to a high school curriculum. Using the Site a User can repeat a theory, learn to solve various problems, check his preparation and proceeding from this make up existing flaws, receive a reference or a consultation by any question he is interested in.

Some sections of the Site (the "Problems" except arithmetical problems and the "Tests and Exams" except test no.1 and test no.2) are payable. A User receives an access to these sections after his registration and service paying (see p.3 of the Agreement). All the others sections of the Site are of free access. Arithmetical problems and tests no.1 and no.2 are also of free access to look preliminary through contents of payable sections of the Site. To look in details through all payable sections of the Site it’s recommended to buy at first a one day subscription for a low price. After studying possibilities of the Site (one day is quite enough for this) a User will be able to decide if to buy the subscription for a longer validity period or not.

3. Registration and service paying
To receive an access to all sections of the Site a User must register and pay services according to the price-list, that is buy a subscription for the Site payable sections use. Each subscription is valid during the certain date. A price of subscription depends on its validity period (see the price-list). The subscription is expired, if the subscription validity period is out. Making the registration a User informs necessary data and chooses the subscription category. After checking data of User and coming money to account of the Site (this takes usually some days) a User receives his login and password, that is an access also to payable sections of the Site. The password is valid while the subscription is valid. From time to time the terms of giving of services may be changed. But these changes are not retroactive. A User pays the services according to the terms and the price-list which are actual at the moment of buying (prolongation) of subscription.

4. Responsibility of parties
A User warrants that his information is correct and complete. A User is responsible for the password use and undertakes not to hand over the password to someone else. The Site doesn’t defend a User from a prohibited use of the password. In the case of the password security term and handing over the password to someone else the Site Management has a right to interrupt a further giving of services to a User even a cancellation of actual subscription and this Agreement.

The Site Management pledges itself to provide a qualitative functioning of the Site. In the case of violation of the Site access during some days the Site Management is bound to compensate wastes of User by extending his subscription validity date for the wasted days number.

5. Copyright
The Site contents and design are an intellectual ownership and defended by the copyrights. A use of the Site design, and also collection, compilation and publication by a User of all contents of the Site or any its part are prohibited by the law.

6. Other
A User can receive answers to all of his questions both before and after service paying by E-mail. All of the controversial questions are decided in the course of the work taking into consideration interests of both parties also by E-mail. The Site Management pledges itself to answer all User questions promptly, during 72 hours.

Payment Conditions and Prices

1. The Site sections "Problems" (except arithmetical problems) and "Tests and Exams" (except test no.1 and test no.2) are payable. A User receives an access to these sections after his registration and service paying. All the others sections of the Site are of free access. 

2. To use all other sections of the Site it’s necessary to buy a subscription. Depending on the subscription validity period the five categories of subscriptions are:

O – the subscription validity period is 1 day,     
 A – the subscription validity period is 1 month,  
B – the subscription validity period is 3 months,
C – the subscription validity period is 6 months,
  D – the subscription validity period is 10 months.

3. The subscription payment can be made through the 2CheckOut.com payment system as follows:

a)	by credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or DinersClub:  to make the payment it’s necessary to introduce data of your credit card into the system;
b)	by digital check (US bank account required).

4. Till the subscription is valid it’s possible to prolong it (except category O) for the longer validity date, paying only a difference between costs of the prolonged and old subscriptions. For instance, if you bought a subscription for 3 months and then you wanted to prolong it till 6 months until its validity isn’t out, then you must pay only a difference between costs of these subscriptions, i.e. $100 – $60 = $40. Otherwise, after 3 months you must buy a new subscription. If prices of subscriptions have been changed to the moment of prolongation of your actual subscription, for instance, according to the new price-list the three-month subscription costs $70 and the six-month subscription costs $120, then you must pay in this case $120 – $70 = $50. An exchange of the bought subscription to a subscription for any shorter validity date is FORBIDDEN.
